We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Vancouver team and help us find the people who will drive our next stage of growth.

You’ll connect with candidates, uncover what they’re looking for, coordinate interviews, and help create a hiring experience that people actually want to be part of.

Recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential. If you’re confident with people, organised, and enjoy working at pace, we’ll give you the training and support to develop.

What You’ll Do

- Find and engage candidates for current opportunities
- Review applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving
- Write and post job advertisements
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the process
- Work with hiring teams to understand what they need





What You’ll Bring We’re looking for strong communication, good judgement, organisation, and plenty of initiative.

Experience in recruitment, sales, hospitality, customer service, administration, or another people-focused role can be a outstanding foundation.
