Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to work on projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various carpentry techniques, including Framing construction, siding, finishing and restoration work. Must be a team player, have own tools.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the construction, restoration, and remodeling of structures using various carpentry techniques.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of construction.
- Train and mentor team members in carpentry skills, including tile laying, concrete forming, caulking, and electrical work.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a carpenter




- Experience in restoration projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tile laying, concrete forming, caulking, electrical work, and general maintenance person skills.
- Excellent communication
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
