Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Seal mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a certified professional, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles and equipment with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet and machinery.

Duties

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicles and heavy equipment using advanced tools and schematics.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to execute repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols during repairs or maintenance procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and time spent on each task.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders while maintaining high-quality standards.




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience with a solid background in automotive repair or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly desirable for familiarity with manufacturer standards and procedures.
- Certified as a Red Seal mechanic or equivalent certification recognized in the industry.
- Hands-on experience with welding, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine repair tasks.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working with customer service in a repair or dealership setting is an asset.
