The Regional Clinical

Educator position is pivotal in enhancing clinical skills and workforce capability across long-term care homes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education, this role blends administrative duties and in-person education delivery. It involves partnering with leaders and teams to drive evidence-informed training and support for protected, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical skills education
- Facilitate engaging education through skills labs and simulations




- Assess and validate competencies effectively
- Develop lesson plans and adapt resources
- Translate clinical policies into practical guidance Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) certification
- 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required
- Current BCLS/CPR certification
- Experience in clinical education and competency development
