This position can be based in Calgary or Edmonton.DescriptionAs a key member of the Health Link team, the Senior Project Manager – Technology and Innovation is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium-sized projects or key components of large, complex initiatives within the Patient Navigation and System Integration portfolio. This role ensures successful project outcomes through effective management of timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The Senior Project Manager oversees project governance, coordinates vendor and internal team contributions, and ensures alignment with organizational priorities and standards. The role plays a critical part in risk and issue management, proactively identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on quality, schedule, and scope. Additionally, this position supports organizational change management by engaging stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring operational readiness for new technologies and processes.
