Overview As a

Senior Product Designer

with a hybrid focus on

UX and UI , you will lead the end-to-end strategy, from experience architecture to visual design, for high-performing squads building

human-led AI solutions . You'll champion

user-centered design , balancing complex business goals with seamless, intuitive, and

accessible

experiences. By defining and evolving

scalable design systems , component libraries, and UI frameworks, you'll ensure consistency and efficiency across products, while applying

inclusive practices

and usability standards throughout all development cycles.

Your role bridges

user research

and actionable wireframes with high-fidelity UI, advanced prototyping, and motion design. You'll collaborate closely with

engineering, product, and strategy

teams—facilitating cross-functional alignment and continuous innovation. Through robust client partnerships, you’ll align design initiatives with business objectives, driving tangible value and reinforcing trust. This position is ideal for a technically-minded designer passionate about

systematic thinking ,

scalability , and delivering delightful, outcome-driven digital experiences.

Focus Areas:

Lead Experience & System Architecture:

Define information architecture and scalable

design systems

that showcase innovation, ensure logical navigation, and support consistent, accessible user experiences.

Synthesize Insights & Validate Solutions:

Translate

user research

and data into actionable insights, rapidly prototype concepts, and validate solutions to inform both client outcomes and future design assets.

Technical Alignment & Feasibility:

Align

design, engineering, and product

teams to ensure technical feasibility, sustainable implementation, and scalable impact of complex user flows and UI components.

Design & Deliver High-Quality Interfaces:

Craft end-to-end

UI flows , high-fidelity screens,



and interaction patterns using established systems, ensuring interfaces are intuitive, responsive, and support human-led AI interactions.

Iterate & Govern for Excellence:

Apply

usability testing

and performance metrics to iterate on designs, uphold rigorous standards for quality and accessibility, and guide cross-functional adoption and governance of design systems.

Responsibilities

Champion User-Centered Design:

Advocate for

usability, accessibility , and inclusive design across product lifecycles, ensuring user needs and brand principles are reflected in both logic and visual systems.

Foster Innovation & Design Culture:

Encourage experimentation, bold ideas, and innovation within the team, maintaining a

growth-oriented

and transparent environment that supports exploration and system evolution.

Translate & Deliver Requirements:

Convert complex business goals and user needs into compelling

design visions , actionable roadmaps, and high-fidelity UI screens, ensuring clarity, alignment, and system coherence.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner extensively with

engineering, product, research , and AI teams to align on requirements, ensure smooth handoffs, validate solutions, and deliver impactful, scalable outcomes.

Key Qualifications

Experience & Portfolio:

Demonstrated experience (5-8+ years) leading

UX/UI strategy

and executing complex design projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact solutions and system thinking.

Design Leadership:

Proven ability to

mentor, inspire, and influence

designers on both craft and methodology, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

UCD & System Expertise:

Deep expertise in

user-centered design , information architecture, interaction, and visual design, with mastery of design systems and modern tools (e.g., Figma).

Strategic Vision & Communication:

Able to define a

compelling design vision

that aligns with business goals, articulate decisions clearly, and translate objectives into actionable outcomes and roadmaps.

Collaboration & Accessibility:

Exceptional ability to partner with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and uphold rigorous standards for

usability, accessibility ,



and inclusive design.

Preferred Qualifications:

AI Product Experience:

2+ years working with

AI-powered products

or complex SaaS platforms, understanding unique design and interaction challenges.

Agile & Change Adaptability:

Experience working in

agile, cross-functional

teams and adapting to evolving requirements or technical shifts in fast-paced environments.

Advanced Tools Proficiency:

Mastery of the latest

design and prototyping tools , especially Figma, and familiarity with advanced prototyping or AI integration.

Global & Multilingual Design:

Experience designing for

international, multilingual , or localized products, considering accessibility, text expansion, and cultural impact on UI.

Stakeholder Management:

Strong ability to

align and communicate

with diverse stakeholders, guiding teams through change and system governance.

The salary range for this position is $90,000–$115,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and relevant certifications. We believe in pay transparency and are committed to offering competitive, market-aligned compensation.
