This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, solving problems, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.What You’ll DoPerform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systemsWork collaboratively with third‑party maintenance contractorsComplete equipment inspections and follow preventative maintenance schedulesMaintain accurate documentation of all work performedSupport plant upgrades, improvements, and special projectsPerform additional duties as required to support daily operationsMaintain and repair mixers, batch plant equipment, conveyors, hydraulic systems,
