Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Hearing Care Professional in Calgary.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver personalized, relationship-driven hearing care
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations in a professional, unhurried, and well-supported state of the art clinical environment
- Recommend and implement tailored, creative solutions (hearing aids, FM systems, LACE Pro auditory training)
- Perform precise fittings, adjustments, and ongoing optimization of hearing devices
- Provide thoughtful follow-up care and long-term patient support
- Educate and guide patients and their families with clarity and compassion
- Continue developing your expertise through our Audiology Innovations Achieve Program

You’ll work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team that values excellence, integrity, and genuine connection, with patients and with each other.

What We’re Looking For





- Solid clinical skills in assessments, fittings, and troubleshooting
- Confidence with Audiology technology and a commitment to best practices
- Exceptional communication and counseling abilities
- A drive for continuous learning and professional growth
- A team-first mindset and the ability to contribute positively to clinic culture
- Provincial licensure as a Registered Hearing Care Professional
- Experience in Audiology or hearing care (an asset, but not required with strong motivation and the right 'can-do' attitude)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology, or Hearing Aid Practitioner certification (or registered trainee status)
