Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans for ongoing care and documentation purposes.
- Stay informed about the latest industry practices, certifications, and health guidelines to continuously improve your skills.




- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client wellness programs.
- Administrative duties such as answering calls, returning voicemails, checking emails, using Juvonno, invoicing/taking payments from clients. (Training provided)
- Light cleaning duties, laundry, etc.

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and listening attentively to client needs.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
