Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment objectives.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information in compliance with privacy regulations.




- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism throughout all interactions.

Experience

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Current CPR
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address client concerns.
- Familiarity with various massage techniques and modalities is preferred.

We are looking for a motivated, skilled RMT to join our team, We offer a great opportunity to practice within a close-knit group of therapists in a beautiful, relaxed and supportive environment. Located in Stony Plain, Alberta, we are a well-established clinic of 25 plus years, serving our local clientele, plus those from Spruce Grove, Parkland County, Edmonton and the surrounding area. A therapist-run clinic, offering direct billing, online booking (training will be provided) and a professional warm atmosphere focusing on client-centered care.

Pay: $65.00-$95.00 per hour
