Kyntra Physio & Rehab is a modern, movement-focused rehabilitation clinic in Scarborough, Ontario, dedicated to helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and move with confidence. Our clinic combines evidence-based rehabilitation, hands-on care, and personalized treatment strategies to help patients restore long-term function and return to the activities they love.

Join our team

Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional massage therapy care to patients across a diverse range of conditions and rehabilitation needs.

What you can expect in this role

- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans focused on recovery and long-term function.
- Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and self-care strategies to support their progress between sessions.




- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with CMTO standards.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other practitioners to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Build and grow your patient caseload through strong clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture grounded in professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement.

What you need to qualify

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients of varying backgrounds and needs.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented with a commitment to quality patient care.
- Experience with sports massage or deep tissue therapy is an asset.
- A rehab-focused treatment approach or experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic setting is considered a nice to have.
- Interest in movement-based rehabilitation and active recovery is considered a nice to have.
