Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing wellness team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health, relaxation, and pain relief through evidence-based, therapeutic massage techniques.

You’ll play an integral role in a supportive, team-based environment where patient care comes first.

Responsibilities

- Provide a range of massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Deliver a professional, safe, and welcoming experience for all patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and uphold CMTO standards of practice.
- Collaborate closely with health professionals on staff and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Contribute positively to clinic culture and patient retention efforts.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).




- Holds current malpractice and liability insurance.
- Passionate about wellness and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and fast-paced clinic setting.
- Available for evening or flexible hours (part-time or full-time).
- New graduates are welcome to apply – mentorship and onboarding support provided.
- Training or experience in lymphatic drainage is an asset.
