We work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Channel, Customer Enablement, and Customer Support to provide insights and recommendations, improve the efficiency of the GTM motions, and enable GTM teams to be innovative and self‑sufficient.Who you areAs a Senior Strategy and Analytics Specialist you’ll be part of a high‑performing team that values excellence, initiative, and results. Your work will impact key strategic decisions that shape Clio’s growth trajectory. You’ll work with leadership in Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to drive GTM strategy, reporting, and operational excellence.What you’ll work onAct as an advisor to the business, support leadership on key strategic initiatives, and deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations.Manage analytics and reporting across multiple teams and partner with stakeholders.Identify business needs for reporting, scope system and process requirements, build and roll out reports, coordinate execution with Finance, Sales Operations,



and Business Operations teams.Conduct in‑depth analysis of complex data sets to extract valuable insights and utilize statistical techniques, visualization, and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.Prepare data and presentations for monthly/weekly business reviews, board decks, and support weekly GTM/forecast calls.Participate in organizational operating rhythms such as GTM planning and territory planning.Synthesize GTM data and insights to create presentations that make fact‑based recommendations.Provide strategic data analysis, insights, and presentations to senior leadership.Contribute to improving systems, processes, and tools to enhance data analytics and strategy development.Research and analyze industries, market segments, and business models.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement data‑driven decisions.What you may haveExcellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.Effective collaboration skills with cross‑functional partners.Action‑oriented mindset, drives timely action and seizes new opportunities.Accountability, accepting responsibility for successes and failures.Decision quality, strong organizational skills,
