You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for all guests.What We're Looking ForDeliver exceptional, people‑first service inline with our belief in setting the standard.Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of warmth and professionalism – making every individual feel like they are “glad to be here.”Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to guests and callers.Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts departments.Provide administrative support to various departments, proactively showing up for each other to keep things running smoothly.Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.Answer all incoming phone calls.Manage and process payment receipts.Other administrative duties as needed.What You'll BringMust be available to work on weekends and during the week; with a willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings as required.Must be able to work independently.Strong organizational skills and the ability to sweat the small stuff while multitasking effectively.Qualified demeanor and appearance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
