The Preferred Accommodation Representative will communicate Southlake’s Preferred Accommodation program and ensure that all required documentation and financial information are complete.**What you bring:*** Post-secondary education- marketing and sales background preferred* A minimum of two years’ recent experience in a customer service role with demonstrated computer proficiency (face-to-face experience required)* Previous experience dealing with patients* Hospital and health care facility experience* Excellent communication,
