Empower clients in Rural Home Care as a Registered Nurse with Assisted Living Alberta in Okotoks. Utilize critical thinking and personal-centered approaches to develop impactful care plans and support clients in achieving health goals.
This role as a Registered Nurse emphasizes collaboration with clients and families within the communities southeast of Calgary. You will provide a range of nursing services, advocate for patient needs, and ensure safety and well-being while reflecting the values of Assisted Living Alberta. Expect to work a variety of shifts, focusing on holistic care and health promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients • Advocate for patients and counsel families on health matters • Utilize nursing processes to ensure patient safety • Collaborate with clients and their families on care needs • Provide leadership in patient health promotion initiatives
Requirements: • Completion of accredited nursing education program • Active or eligible for CRNA registration • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Intermediate computer skills required • Ability to handle, lift, and move patients or equipment
