Senior Generator Technician – Power GenerationLocation:London, OntarioCompensation:$40–$45/hour + Overtime + Paid TravelAbout the OpportunityA growing power generation service company is seeking an experienced Senior Generator Technician to support industrial and commercial customers across Southern Ontario.This is a field-based role for a highly skilled technician with strong experience in:Industrial diesel generatorsLarge engine repair and overhaulsGenerator controls and electrical diagnosticsATS and emergency power systemsIndependent field troubleshootingWe are looking for a technician who can confidently diagnose and repair complex generator and engine issues in the field, lead service calls independently, and represent the company professionally with customers.This is not a general maintenance position — candidates must have hands‑on experience with diesel engines, power generation equipment, and electrical troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial diesel generators and power generation systemsPerform complete diesel engine overhauls independently, including teardown, inspection, rebuild, and reassemblyTroubleshoot and repair:Generator control systemsAutomatic Transfer Switches (ATS)AC/DC electrical systems up to 600V24V DC starting and charging systemsGovernors, AVR systems, relays,
