CBI Home Health is looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN), Acute Care in Newmarket.

Areas of Service: Serving Northern York Region & Southern Simcoe County, including Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King, and Bradford West Gwillimbury.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $36.17 to $38.76 per visit for RN.

What you will do As a Registered Nurse with the Integrated Care Program, you will bring hospital-level care into the home, delivering advanced assessments, complex treatments, and proactive interventions for patients with acute and complex health needs. Leveraging clinical expertise, remote monitoring, and point-of-care diagnostics, you will identify changes early, coordinate timely care, and help prevent avoidable admissions and readmissions. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with hospital and community partners to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care where they most want to be: at home.

What you will need to be successful

- Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing.

- Experience providing acute, complex and/or hospital-level nursing care.

- Strong clinical assessment,



critical thinking, and decision-making skills with ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.

- Experience with IV therapy, vascular access devices, medication administration, complex wound and drain care and acute care monitoring.

- Solid digital literacy with ability to quickly learn and navigate digital health technologies, including electronic health records, remote patient monitoring and point-of-care testing. Experience with Meditech or Epic preferred.

- Current and valid BCLS Training required
- Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening

- Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months

- Professional Liability Insurance (RNAO)

- Ability to travel independently within the community. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance required.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, French or additional language skills considered an asset.
