We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
In this role, you will assess and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship and clinical support will be provided.
Our company is owned and operated by a Registered Physiotherapist, allowing for a supportive clinical environment with an understanding of the day-to-day needs and professional development of physiotherapists.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including medical history, functional assessment, movement analysis, and identification of patient goals
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise prescription, manual therapy, education, and appropriate physiotherapy modalities
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Educate patients and families regarding injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals when required to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment while managing and prioritizing an appropriate patient caseload
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist with CPO.
- Master of Science in Physiotherapy (MScPT) or equivalent physiotherapy qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a healthcare team
- Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and time-management skills
- Previous hospital or acute-care experience is considered an asset
- Experience working with pediatric populations is considered an asset
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- New graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
