Our growing, multidisciplinary Physiotherapy Clinic are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and patient-centred physiotherapist to work alongside several healthcare practitioners in our clinic.

Licence:

- College of Physiotherapist of Ontario (REQUIRED)

What you bring:

- Current "Good Standing" registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Training in McKenzie method, Concussion and/or Vestibular, and Pelvic floor would be considered an asset
- Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions using evidence-based approaches and best practices in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and scope of practice.




- Carry a full orthopedic caseload of 10-12 patients per day and on average 5 new assessments per week and typically 2 follow up appointments per hour. This may include 60 minutes charting time if required, provided the 10-12 patients per day range is still attained.
- Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of a wide range of conditions. This includes injuries and impairments resulting from sports and training activities, workplace incidents, motor vehicle accidents, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, and age-related functional decline.
- Ability to provide treatment using both exercise-based rehabilitation and physical modalities (e.g. LASER, Shockwave, IFC, heat/cold therapy, acupuncture)
- Obtain and document informed patient consent for assessment and treatment through an accurate explanation and instruction.
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health education and counselling for acute and chronic conditions.
- Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimum patient outcomes.

Schedule: Monday to Friday shift schedule. 35+ hours/week, weekends as needed.
