Atira believes a job is more than a paycheque – it’s an prospect to contribute to meaningful systemic and social change.About The JobThe facilities Coordinator is responsible for undertaking a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks, ensuring the facilities department operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. Their primary responsibilities will include managing the work order dispatch system (Maintenance IQ), liaising with external vendors, program managers, and maintenance staff for scheduling repairs, tracking repair progress, obtaining repair estimates, and submitting to Director, Facilities & Maintenance for approval, administrative tasks as related to maintenance software systems, scheduling inspections,
and other department related services.The facilities coordinator will support Facilities and Maintenance department with general administrative duties such as managing department calendars, scheduling, and coordinating on‑site and off‑site meetings, plus other administrative tasks assigned by direct supervisor.About YouYou are aligned with Atira’s mission, vision, values, and philosophy and bring a strong commitment to anti‑oppression and intersectional practice.
