You'll ensure our clients' satisfaction by maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, cost, and safety throughout every phase of construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of retail & restaurant commercial projects, from planning to execution.Oversee subcontractors and ensure financial and schedule controls are maintained.Work with Procore for project management, ensuring accurate financial tracking.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements on site.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Qualifications7 or more years of experience in project management,
