patents, and technical contributionsCollaborate with global engineering teams across North America and IndiaMentor and develop technical talent across the organizationWhat You NeedBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field is required6+ years of experience developing computer vision and/or machine learning algorithms is required6+ years of software engineering experience in C++, Python, or similar programming languages is requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience developing software solutions for complex technical environmentsExperience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing engineering decisionsExperience architecting and developing production-quality software systemsExperience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and cross-functional teamsExperience applying machine learning to image or video analysis applicationsExperience with frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologiesExperience with cloud AI/ML environments, model training pipelines, or MLOps workflowsExperience working with large-scale datasets and model evaluation strategiesExperience with CUDA or performance optimization techniquesExperience in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, aerospace, robotics, automotive, or other safety-critical environmentsExperience supporting intellectual property development through patents or invention disclosuresAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, or related field$116,100 - $154,850 CAD Annual#J-18808-Ljbffr
