Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country.Our mission is to empower chefs to nourish the world.The RoleCulinary Leader– responsible for collaborating with supervisors and management regarding compliance with rules, procedures, and standards defined for the culinary area, maintaining best practice standards, and ensuring compliance across different locations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with chef teams to ensure proper receiving and verification of goods.Lead the QC team during the shift, ensuring dishes meet established quality standards.Oversee end‑of‑shift cleanliness assessment of all stations and report deviations to supervisor and manager.Verify cleanliness of the Dish Pit area throughout the shift and lead improvement initiatives as needed.Work closely with the Dish Pit Lead to develop operational strategies that improve overall efficiency.Monitor good manufacturing practices on the line and in plating rooms, take corrective actions when necessary,
