With the majority of our CPAs and Partners having started as students with us, we are proud of the mutual loyalty that defines our culture.Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesInvolvement with work related to engagement assignments, including review and compilation, as well as personal and corporate tax returnsReview of working paper files, financial statements, and tax returns prepared by other staffPreparation and completion of complex working paper files, financial statements, and tax returns for compilation, review, and audit engagements in accordance with firm and regulatory standardsAssisting clients with compliance filings and responding to CRA‑related queries and inquiries on government programsSupporting clients with day‑to‑day business queriesAssisting in the training and mentorship of junior staffQualifications & other ExperienceCPA with designation is requiredMinimum of three (3)



years post‑designation experience in public accountingProficiency with public accounting software such as CaseWare and TaxprepAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent communication skillsStrong knowledge of government taxesStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesExpected Compensation Range$60,000 – $95,000 annuallyCompensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
