In other words… kids who will win at life!KidStrong (Insert center location here) is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.OPEN ROLE & SCHEDULEWe are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15 months to 11 years oldKidStrong Head Coach would focus on coaching children on the brain, physical, and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculumThe ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind the KidStrong curriculumSet schedules for the coaching staffAssess and evaluate the center's coaches' performances and executionOur classes run weekdays 9 am -11 am and evenings until 7 pm.On weekends we start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime.Opportunity for a versatile work schedule depending on studio needs.Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private class coaching hours.Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required!Job QualificationsPassion for working with children is non-negotiable!Previous experience in management is preferred but not requiredPrior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age group is preferredPrior experience speaking to and educating parents on the KidStrong curriculumIntermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanicsCPR certifiedPositive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skillsSelf-starter who just gets a job doneIf you enjoy the spotlight, this position was meant for you!Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourKidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old.
