Milliken Bridlewood Animal Clinic is a female owned and led private practice. We are a well-established, multi-doctor veterinary hospital with over 50 years of service to the community. We care for dogs, cats, and their human families by empowering pet parents with clear information, thoughtful guidance, and support during some of their most meaningful moments with their pets.

We have an opportunity for two Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) to join our team—one for an experienced RVT looking to bring their skills and confidence to a collaborative practice, and one for an early-career RVT looking for support and mentorship as they continue to grow.

For our experienced RVT, we are looking for someone with a strong foundation of skills, experience, and confidence in one or more of the following areas: general anesthesia, COHATs, urgent care, client education, or mentoring early career RVTs and ACAs. We value RVTs who want to contribute not only to patient care, but also to improving protocols, supporting our DVMs and team, and helping elevate the practice as a whole.

For our early-career RVT, we offer a supportive environment where you can build confidence, strengthen your skills, and develop your full scope of practice with guidance from experienced team members. Our DVM and Manager are passionate about mentorship, and our entire team is committed to helping new and developing RVTs find their footing and thrive in their careers.

What could these roles look like?

Senior RVT – Clinical Leadership & Growth

- Be a case-level clinical leader who helps ensure patients move smoothly through diagnostics, treatment, and recovery.
- Coach and mentor less experienced Technicians, helping build their confidence and skills while supporting the entire team to function at a higher level.
- Contribute to developing and improving protocols and systems that continually evolve our standard of care. Medicine is ever changing, and we don't take a static approach to our care.
- Take on opportunities to lead and influence the practice, with the potential to grow into a Lead RVT role and broader hospital leadership for someone who wants to pursue that path.

Early-Career RVT – Development & Growth

- Build confidence and clinical independence while developing your skills across anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and patient nursing.
- Learn alongside experienced RVTs and DVMs who are committed to teaching, coaching, and supporting your development.
- Gradually take on greater responsibility and case ownership as your skills, knowledge,



and confidence grow.
- Contribute to the team and bring forward your ideas, while developing your own clinical interests and professional strengths.
- Work toward practicing your full scope of RVT skills, with mentorship and support tailored to your individual goals and pace.
- Grow toward greater clinical responsibility and leadership opportunities as you become ready for the next stage of your career.
