Overview

In-Person Work From Office only: OPEN TO RCICs in GOOD-STANDING with CICC ONLY. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, providing expert guidance to clients navigating the complexities of immigration processes.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents effectively.

Duties

- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding immigration options and processes.
- Analyze client information and documentation to determine eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they understand their options and the steps involved in their immigration journey.
- Prepare and submit applications, petitions, and supporting documents in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation using Excel and Word.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality service.




- Demonstrate leadership by guiding clients through challenging situations and providing support throughout the process.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in managing case files and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation purposes.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients during their immigration process.
