Role Description The Regulatory Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This position is responsible for interpreting and applying regulatory requirements relevant to clients in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, medical devices, food & beverage, and diagnostics. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring regulatory changes, preparing and reviewing documentation and submissions, and supporting compliance activities across projects.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure that processes, systems,



and products align with applicable regulations and standards.

The Regulatory

Specialist will also participate in audits, contribute to risk assessments, and provide guidance on regulatory strategy and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulatory requirements in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, medical devices, food & beverage, or diagnostics.
- Candidates should possess regulatory affairs experience, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining regulatory documentation and submissions.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to assess regulatory risks, interpret guidelines, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Relevant experience in consulting or regulated manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, regulatory affairs, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
