ResponsibilitiesWork independently and within a team environment to support client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables.Provide support to Assurance Service Line Leadership.Collaborate with the IBG Team and internal client service members.Assemble year‑end packages (tax returns, financial statements, letters).Manage electronic and paper‑based client files.E‑file as required.Prepare letters and reports using firm templates in compliance with firm standards.Proof‑read, review for quality, and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables.Prepare hard files for clients based on requests from the external client service team and current client set‑up processes.Participate in training and stay current with Doane GT software.Coordinate the standardised billing process, including proactively running related reports, drafting bills and accompanying analyses, distribution of invoices.Manage calendars.Assist in the preparation and submission of time and expense reports for the partner(s) supported.Use D365 application to track and report on client relationship management initiatives.Plan and coordinate cost‑effective and sometimes complex domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries for individuals and groups.Prepare for client meetings, catering, and meeting materials (presentations, handouts, minutes,
etc.).Be responsible for the duties of front‑line reception as needed.Be available for other duties as assigned.Qualifications1-2 years of administrative experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.Strong Word processing skills.Advanced working knowledge of MS Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, etc.Strong negotiation skills with a problem‑solving attitude and innovative thinker.Proven experience in providing exceptional client service.Can take initiative and direction, and is a self‑directed learner.Ability to multi‑task and meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment.Demonstrates sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.Available to work overtime during peak tax filing seasons.Required to be onsite, in‑office 5 days each week.BenefitsProfit sharing.Flex days.RRSP contributions.Firmwide holiday closure.Wellness benefits.Concierge‑like benefits.Work from anywhere in Canada in the summer for 4 weeks.Location & SalaryLocation: South Surrey. Salary range: $43,500–$65,100.
