From tracking KPIs to building AI-powered automation workflows, you'll use your curiosity and tools to make work faster and smarter across Cozey.What You'll Be DoingHelp prepare and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and materials for cross-functional meetingsTriage and follow up on internal CX issues — keeping things moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracksIdentify and automate recurring workflows across departments — using AI tools and Cursor to make the team faster and reduce manual workSupport cross-departmental projects — help track owners, deadlines,
