We operate a multi-warehouse network with a strong focus on scalable processes, accountability and continuous improvement.Position SummaryThe General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the distribution center, including inbound operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, shipping, labor productivity, safety and customer service execution .This role is highly operational and requires a leader who is comfortable managing from the floor, building strong teams, solving problems in real time, and driving disciplined execution every day.The GM will lead supervisors and frontline teams while partnering closely with inventory control, transportation, and supply chain planning teams to ensure operational excellence across the network.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returnsEnsure daily service and productivity targets are achievedMonitor workflow and adjust labor/resources in real time based on volume and prioritiesDrive urgency, accountability,



and execution throughout the operationService & Fulfillment PerformanceEnsure orders ship accurately and on timeMaintain strong operational responsiveness for customer and priority ordersMinimize fulfillment delays, shipping errors, and operational bottlenecksPartner with transportation teams to ensure smooth outbound executionInventory Accuracy & Warehouse DisciplineSupport and enforce inventory control processes and warehouse scanning compliancePartner with Inventory Control team on cycle counting, discrepancy investigations, and root cause analysisMaintain robust warehouse organization, slotting discipline, and location accuracyTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline warehouse staffBuild a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellenceConduct regular performance reviews and coaching conversationsSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce planningProductivity & Labor ManagementManage labor planning, scheduling, overtime, and workforce allocationDrive productivity improvements while maintaining service quality and safety standardsMonitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where neededContinuous ImprovementIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvementsImprove warehouse flow, space utilization, and labor effectivenessParticipate in operational projects,
