As an Assisted Living Supervisor

As an Assisted Living Supervisor, you provide hands‑on leadership in the assisted living neighborhood, supporting daily operations while delivering high‑quality resident care.

What You’ll Do:

- Supervise and support assisted living team members
- Provide direct resident care and champion the Resident‑Centered Care model
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments
- Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
- Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
- Support development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Partner with Activities and Dining to enhance resident engagement
- Participate in Crossover meetings to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Sunrise standards
- Promote safety, infection control, and risk management practices

What We’re Looking For:





- 1+ year experience in assisted living, long‑term care, or healthcare
- Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick‑paced environment
- Sound judgment and problem‑solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay Range:

23.75 - 29.75
