Vice President of OperationsAbout the CompanyIndustry Dental Services or ClinicsRole OverviewThe Regional Strategic Leader drives enterprise-aligned strategy across a large regional footprint. This executive role oversees regional Directors to optimize clinic operations, clinical outcomes, and patient experiences. The leader manages regional financial health (P&L), champions organizational culture, and serves as the vital link between field operations and corporate departments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & GovernanceAlign regional strategy with overarching enterprise goals and priorities.Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans, resources, and timelines.Drive enterprise initiatives and system-wide changes within regional field operations.Lead cross-functional governance to resolve complex, escalated issues and ensure continuous improvement.Operational Excellence & PerformanceOversee regional Directors to optimize clinic operations and patient experiences.Monitor strategic KPIs to ensure regional results meet or exceed corporate standards.Serve as executive liaison between field teams and corporate departments (HR, BI, Clinical, Finance).Financial AccountabilityOwn full accountability for the regional P&L, budget management,



and cost structures.Prioritize regional investments to maximize operational efficiency and growth.People & Culture DevelopmentDevelop regional Directors and build a robust leadership talent pipeline for succession planning.Model inclusive leadership rooted in organizational values to reinforce cultural expectations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years of experience in multi-site operations, with at least 3 in executive field leadershipProven success in managing scale, complexity, and cross-functional initiativesStrong financial acumen and field-based leadership experienceExperience in dental or healthcare operations preferredPay range and compensation package$200-250K with 30% bonus structure (15% personal performance, 15% company performance)This role will oversee operations across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Western Ontario.This is currently for an active job chance.
