The experience is divided into two essential phases: Enhanced Orientation with a Clinical Guide for personalized learning and Independent Practice with ongoing mentorship. You'll develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring well-being across communities.

Requirements: • Completed accredited nursing education program • Active registration or eligibility for practice permit • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Graduated within the last 12 months from nursing program • Not currently in a regular position with AHS
