The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the loss prevention team to ensure high standards of operational performance, service delivery, and safety. This includes conducting regular site visits, managing staff performance, supporting scheduling needs, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal teams. The Supervisor plays a critical role in elevating the quality of reporting and documentation, responding to incidents, and occasionally filling in for LPO or Tactical shifts when required. This role also focuses on fostering a positive team environment and ensuring a secure, efficient, and client-focused operation.What You Would DoConduct regular site visits to ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to protocolsOversee and support the performance management of the Loss Prevention teamCoach and mentor officers to improve incident and daily report writing standardsGenerate and analyze statistical reports related to incidents, trends, and staff performanceAssist with staff scheduling and shift coverage,
