Manufacturing Planning Manager – Full time, permanent – Located at our Manufacturing facility in Etobicoke, requiring on‑site presence five days a week.Pay RangeThe anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic and tactical planning and execution of production schedules to meet business requirements and fill‑rate targets.Lead a team of Manufacturing Planning Analysts, providing mentorship, performance management, and daily guidance to ensure accurate production plans and optimal resource allocation.Oversee the end‑to‑end production order lifecycle, from creation to release to the Eastside Manufacturing department, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.Ensure schedule attainment, identify key risks and opportunities to improve schedule adherence and communicate insights to senior leadership.Ensure bulk availability for filling by monitoring inventory transfers, coordinating with the Quality department on batch disposition status, and proactively addressing potential delays to production orders.Resolve supply‑chain issues, including raw‑material shortages and machinery malfunctions, collaborating with the production team to optimize manpower and maintain productivity.Schedule usage of production materials to avoid expirations and retests, ensuring Manufacturing delivers volume in correct amounts to avoid finished‑goods excess.Maintain the Integrity of the Production Gantt Chart and Capacity Reservations by analyzing and adjusting plans to optimize labor and machine resources while achieving business goals for cost control and working capital.Plan rework activities, ensuring cost‑efficient and timely rework with necessary quality documents,
