At Belleville Toyota, our Assistant Service Manager is responsible for building, supporting and mentoring our service team to achieve the expectations of our guest experience along with providing a high standard of service quality and integrity.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the service manager in day to day tasks, as well as in accomplishing monthly goals and targetsProvide guidance and coaching to team in order to provide a consistent and outstanding guest experienceSupport team members in their duties through constant coaching and trainingCoordinate with Service Manager in daily circles with advisors/ technician to identify and overcome any potential areas of concernBuilding relationships with external and internal guests in order to operate as one teamOversee all activities occurring in drive-through, service shop, guest lounge,
