Full time Registered Physiotherapist (Springfield) KelownaEvolve Allied Health currently has chance for a full time Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team.We are one of the Okanagan’s leading private primary care and allied healthcare organizations, with 45+ family physicians, specialists and allied healthcare professionals working across four locations in Kelowna and Lake Country. We believe there is a better path to healing and healthcare maintenance, and we’re working on it—one patient at a time.This role represents the first stage of our physiotherapy expansion across multiple locations.Your daily responsibilities will include:Answer incoming phone calls and triage based on the nature of the call; Confirm patient demographics and verify insurance coverage during patient check-in; Book, confirm,modify or cancel appointments as requested by patients, MOA’s and physicians; Management of incoming/outgoing e-faxes and consultations; Preparation, loading and cleaning of exam rooms; Triage and/or completion of generally assigned tasks within the EMR; Collect payment for private services and post it within the EMR.Your RoleAs a Registered Physiotherapist at Evolve Allied Health, you will deliver evidence-informed musculoskeletal care within a physician-integrated clinical environment.Your daily responsibilities will include:Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansDeliver manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitationProvide patient education and self-management strategiesPrescribe and progress home exercise programsMaintain timely and accurate EMR documentationCollaborate closely with family physicians and specialistsRebook patients appropriately to support optimal outcomesThis is a one-on-one care model focused on clinical excellence and long-term patient results.QualificationsRegistered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (required)Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferredStrong orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment skillsConfidence in exercise prescription within a clinical settingExcellent communication and patient education skillsExperience working within a private or primary care setting considered an assetCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetCompensation & GrowthWe offer a structured hybrid compensation model designed to provide both stability and meaningful earning potential.Tiered performance-based revenue sharingEarning potential ranging from $60,000 to $120,000 annuallyStrong administrative supportInternal referral opportunities from family physicians and specialistsCompensation scales with sustained clinical utilization and patient retention.This position represents the foundation of our physiotherapy division.
