Analyst, Total Rewards (2026) - 12 Month ContractThe role supports effective delivery of HR operations, focusing on employment lifecycle updates, payroll and compensation administration, and data integrity. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes, maintain high‑quality HR data, and support Total Rewards programs.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end‑to‑end employment lifecycle updates, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and leaves of absence.Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to employment changes, policies, and processes.Ensure all lifecycle updates are processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality of HR operational processes, including workflow automation, documentation, inquiry management, and process mapping.Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline repetitive HR tasks, reduce manual work, and improve the employee and manager experience.Support payroll administration by ensuring employee data changes are accurately reflected for payroll processing (e.G., compensation updates, deductions, status changes).Assist with payroll‑related reconciliations, validations, and issue resolution.Assist with compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, compensation planning and reporting.Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of payroll and compensation processes leveraging AI tools where appropriate.Support the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HR data across systems.Perform regular audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve data discrepancies.Partner with Payroll, Advantages,
and Finance teams to ensure employee data is accurately reflected across systems.Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support operational needs and decision‑making.Identify opportunities and contribute to improvements in data quality and HR processes.Apply AI and automation tools to assess HR data quality, flag inconsistencies, improve reporting efficiency, and support more proactive HR operations.Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR operations, Total Rewards, Data Management or HRIS administration.Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems is beneficial (e.G., Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle).Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with data tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, or SQL) is an asset.Demonstrated interest in or experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve processes, reporting, and data accuracy.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Solid attention to detail and data management skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, process improvement, and problem‑solving.Compensation and Additional InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is C$55,000 to C$70,000 on an annualized basis.
