You will collaborate closely with project management, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless financial processes and contribute to the company's ongoing growth.This role will play a key part in the company’s upcoming ERP system implementation and process improvement initiatives. Previous experience with ERP systems or implementation projects would be considered a strong asset.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging daily accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) transactionsPreparing, reviewing, and reconciling purchase orders and vendor/customer invoicesTracking and maintaining inventory and cost recordsSupporting month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end close and financial reportingAssisting with financial analysis and project/operations reportingCollaborating with internal teams to ensure financial accuracyMaintaining organized financial documentationIdentifying and resolving discrepancies in financial recordsAssisting with implementation and optimization of a new ERP system and related accounting softwareProviding additional finance-team support as assignedRequired QualificationsPost-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration2–4 years of bookkeeping or junior accounting experienceHands‑on experience with accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), purchase order processing, and invoice reconciliationExperience supporting month-end close and preparing basic financial reportingHands‑on experience with construction progress billingProficiency with QuickBooks Online and experience using an ERP system for accounting workflowsExperience in construction, building materials, or trade-related industriesExperience communicating with customers and vendors regarding invoices, collections, and payment issuesEnglish proficiency for day‑to‑day customer and vendor communicationLegally authorized to work in CanadaPreferred QualificationsCertified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designationExperience with Microsoft Dynamics ERPBenefitsHealth Care Spending AccountCompetitive salary of $50,000–$65,000/year based on skills and experience, plus bonus payDental, disability, extended health, life, and vision coverageOn‑site parking8‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday (no weekends)#J-18808-Ljbffr
