Remote Pflegefachkraft / Registered Nurse – German & English | Germany

Production Rate: €28/hour

Production Schedule: Approximately 2–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday

TalentWorldGroup is looking for qualified Registered Nurses / Pflegefachkräfte to join our remote healthcare project team supporting patients and healthcare professionals in Germany.

This opportunity combines your clinical nursing knowledge with remote patient support , allowing you to work from home while contributing to an international healthcare project.

Your Responsibilities

As a Remote Registered Nurse, you will:

- Provide clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer treatment-related and technical questions within your nursing scope of practice
- Review patient treatment information and identify situations requiring follow-up
- Provide clinical expertise when additional support is required
- Conduct inbound and outbound telecare calls
- Accurately document patient interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to provide high-quality patient support

Previous dialysis experience is an advantage but is not required . Full project-specific training will be provided. Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

- Hold a nursing qualification recognized in Germany , such as Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
- Be legally authorized to work professionally as a nurse in Germany
- Be currently based in Germany and able to perform the role remotely from within Germany
- Have strong professional proficiency in German and English




- Be comfortable using English professionally, as training, documentation, and internal project communication are conducted in English
- Be comfortable providing patient support by telephone in a remote environment
- Be able to commit to the required training and production schedules
- Meet the technical requirements for remote work

Paid Training & Nesting Full project-specific training will be provided before you begin working independently with patients.

Training:

- 6 weeks
- Monday–Friday
- 4:00 PM–10:00 PM CET
- 6 hours per day
- Fully remote and paid at €26/hour

Training is followed by a 2-week paid nesting period , during which you will begin handling live cases with support from experienced supervisors. Full attendance throughout the training and nesting period is required.

The training start date will be confirmed with selected candidates once finalized.

Production Schedule

After successfully completing training and nesting:

- Approximately 2 hours, potentially up to 4 hours per day
- Monday–Friday
- Final schedules are assigned according to project requirements
- Production rate: €28/hour

Technical Requirements As this is a fully remote position, you will use your own computer to access the client's secure virtual working workplace.

Your setup must include





- Intel Core i5 10th Generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5 4000 Series or newer, or Apple Silicon M1/M2/M3/M4
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Windows 11 or macOS 26
- Computer no more than 5 years old
- Minimum 256 GB SSD with at least 20 GB free storage
- Wired Ethernet/LAN connection
- Minimum 200 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload
- Ping below 50 ms
- Wired USB headset with built-in microphone

Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots cannot be used while working. VPNs, proxy services, and TOR must be disabled while connected to the project.

Contract & Payments

This opportunity is offered under a freelance cooperation agreement . Talents are responsible for managing their own taxes and applicable obligations in accordance with local requirements.

Payments are made once per month within the first 15 calendar days of each month .

Available payment methods include PayPal, Payoneer, SEPA transfer within the EU, and international bank transfer.
