McMan Calgary & Area is seeking a Case Manager to provide individualized, participant-centered support to youth and young adults, helping them navigate housing stability and transition to independence. Working from recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches, you will deliver outreach, intensive case management, and system navigation to address barriers to housing, mental health, and well-being. This role requires on-call rotation and versatile early mornings/evenings.
