In this position, you will work as part of the Properties team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Property Accounting. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of real estate accounting experience, particularly in retail or commercial properties. You will engage with various departments, enhancing service delivery while managing key analysis and reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Review and analyze rent and expenses for the region • Oversee accuracy of straight line rent calculations • Prepare detailed analysis of Net Operating Income variances • Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budgets • Liaise with internal teams for responsive support

Requirements: • 3 to 5 years’ experience in real estate accounting • CPA designation preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and JD Edwards • Solid analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
