Position DescriptionThis role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL.Utilize Adobe Analytics to track, measure, and report on digital performance metrics.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data‑driven insights.Design and implement data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Provide recommendations based on trend analysis and forecasting.Automate data processes and improve data visualization techniques.Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.Performance Metrics & KPI Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation in data collection, reporting, and visualization.Storytelling with Data: Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualization techniques.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, finance,



and product teams to understand business needs and translate them into data‑driven solutions.Required QualificationsStrong understanding of end‑to‑end data lifecycle (landing, curation, productization, monitoring and issue management)Critical thinker able to analyze data issues and determine failure point, root cause for resolutionSelf‑starter and problem solverExpertise in SQLKnowledge of data warehousing, data pipeline management, reporting & data visualizationCompensationCGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000.
