They are expanding at a rapid pace and are seeking to add a Dock & Door Service Technician to their team.Responsibilities:Maintain and repair dock products at customer’s facility including: doors, seals, bumpers and restraintsEnsure repairs are completed according to safety standardsCheck the overall condition and operational integrity of equipmentReplace worn or defective partsExplain problems, solutions,



consequences and cost of repairs to customersComplete documents and forms relative to services performedPrepare work orders and obtain customer’s signatureOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must possesses prior experience working in the overhead door industryPrior experience installing overhead doors in commercial or industrial sector is considered to be a strong assetMust possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstractStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service orientedEffective analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to be flexible and work in a rapid paced and changing environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
