The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.What We OfferAward winning cultureGroup Benefits from first dayDefined Perks pension planGenerous time off benefitsGrowth opportunitiesResponsibilitiesLiaise between Company and assigned brokers through face‑to‑face visits at least 3 days a week, and other mediums of contact to produce and underwrite profitable new Commercial Property/Casualty business within service standards in accordance with company guidelines and within assigned authority.Market Unica Commercial Insurance products and services to brokers through presentations.Negotiate premium and terms of insurance while maintaining excellent relationships and service standards.Analyze and evaluate results and use individual/collaborative judgment to maintain profit and growth.Communicate results, outstanding issues, opportunities to Senior Director of Commercial Insurance.Record underwriting information for the purpose of evaluation, assessment, and profitability.Negotiate Facultative Reinsurance and process as required, within assigned authority and maintain facultative closings and certificates.Assist with training and coaching of other staff as required.QualificationsStrong product knowledgeValid driver’s license.
