The Regional Plant Controller is accountable for the overall integrity, accuracy and completeness of the company’s operations financial results and safeguarding plant assets. They partner with senior operations directors and the operations management team for the plants in the region, providing timely and comprehensive financial leadership to plant management teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting for multiple plant operations, delivering accurate timely results in accordance with IFRS and company processes/procedures.Provide financial guidance and support to plant management, proactively communicating accounting/reporting issues and recommendations.Interpret and present monthly EBITDA results for plants in the region with senior operations directors.Advise on key business decisions that enable effective and efficient operations and delivery of cost savings.Guide plant management in originated capital expenditure requests, preparing/reviewing financial support, ensuring compliance with company policy, and performing post‑capital expenditure audits and reviews.Ensure the manufacturing plant finance team reports plant financial data properly and accurately.Ensure compliance with key control procedures and corporate policies at the local level, safeguarding financial integrity and assets.Monitor plant finance team compliance with the inventory cycle count policy.Maintain open communication with peers to foster a consistent approach to financial management of local operating units.Provide support for external and internal audits at operating facilities.Complete ad‑hoc reporting requests as needed.Manage the weekly, monthly and quarterly estimate forecast process with plant management teams and finance staff,
