We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Kafka, Message Queuing, Dynatrace, and microservices architecture. This role requires a hands‐on developer who will spend approximately 60% of their time coding and actively contributing to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient, and performant distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining microservices‐based applications using Java and Spring, experience managing asynchronous messaging infrastructures with Kafka and other Message Queues, and a solid understanding of application performance monitoring using Dynatrace.

Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Framework with a robust focus on coding quality and performance. Implement and manage asynchronous messaging solutions leveraging Kafka and other Message Queuing technologies to ensure reliable data flows. Monitor and analyze application performance using Dynatrace to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues.

Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including product management, QA, and Dev Ops to deliver well‐rounded software solutions. Participate actively in code reviews, pair programming,



and knowledge‐sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Minimum 7+ years of Java programming and deep knowledge of the Spring Framework ecosystem.

Proven expertise in Kafka and Message Queuing systems, including configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tools for proactive issue detection. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well‐documented code while following best software engineering practices.
