Position SummaryRole at a glanceDealer‑FX is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of end‑to‑end digital customer experiences across one or more product areas. This role exists to ensure that products are not only functional but intuitive, cohesive, and grounded in real user needs.The Senior Product Designer partners closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to define solutions that address complex customer problems and deliver experiences that create meaningful value. They operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping shape what should be built, why it matters, and how it comes to life across their product area(s).This is a senior individual contributor role with influence across multiple initiatives. The Senior Product Designer plays a critical role in elevating product quality, shaping design direction, and driving measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.What you’ll ownIn this role, the Senior Product Designer is accountable for delivering high‑quality design outcomes that drive business and user impact.Own the design of one or more product areas, with success measured by usability, cohesion, and alignment with product goalsBe accountable for translating product strategy into actionable, scalable design solutions, measured by adoption, quality, and minimal reworkDrive impact through design leadership by:Shaping solutions that balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraintsUsing research, feedback, and analytics to inform design decisions and improve experiencesGuiding other designers and contributing to stronger design consistency and quality across initiativesAdvocating for the user perspective across cross‑functional teamsInfluencing product direction through well‑reasoned, user‑centered recommendationsHow you’ll grow hereGrowth at Dealer‑FX comes from expanding ownership, refining product judgment, and mastering increasingly complex challenges.
